How To Sign up for Summer Camps at
West Asheville Playschool:
At this time we are only enrolling current, alumni or sibling Playschool families for our summer camps. They also need to be age 4-10 years old or have been enrolled as a playschooler during the past year.
Having met those qualifications, use the paypal form to the left of this page to check the camps your child (or children) will attend and make payment (note: the paypal fee has been added, if you don’t want to pay the fee, mail me a check or venmo me at Louise-Miracle-1.)

SUMMER CAMP WEEK OPTIONS
Move and Groove Camp- June 27-30 FULL!!
Shake that thang! We will spend the week exploring sound in its many forms. From orchestras to bucket bands, we will enjoy the magic of music around us and around the world. And what goes better with music than dance? Humans have been dancing to music since the first two sticks banged together and we’ll be part of that journey. Ages 4-10. Monday-Thursday 9-1.
Magical Creatures Camp– July 11-14
Fairies and gnomes, unicorns and dragons! Lots of creative costume making, storytelling, plays and movement make for an enchanting week together. The possibilities are endless during our week exploring our favorite magical creatures. Ages 4-10. Monday-Thursday 9-1.
Messy Camp– July 25-28 FULL!
Back by popular demand……everything messy! What do shaving cream, paint and mud have in common? They can be used for art, science or just plain fun to get covered in. Ages 4-10. Monday- Thursday 9-1. Taught by Erin Colberg and Samantha Erway
Upcycled Art Camp– July 18-21
It’s time to take the ordinary and make it extraordinary! Kids will be innovative as they make creations big and small from a wide variety of recycled items. The possibilities are endless and everyone will take home several beautifully crafted treasures. Ages 4-10. Monday-Thursday 9-1. Taught by Erin Colberg and Samantha Erway
Forest Camp– August 8-11
Spend the week having forest adventures! This camp will be based out of the Bent Creek Community Park (drop-off & pick-up will be at the park.) We’ll spend each day splashing in the creeks that run through the Pisgah National Forest in Bent Creek, hunting for salamanders, water bugs and frogs, climbing trees, building forts, singing songs, telling stories, looking for fairies, hiking in the woods and enjoying being forest explorers. Ages 4-10. Monday-Thursday 9-1. Taught by Erin Colberg and Samantha Erway
